These terms and conditions are our sets of rules in which we supply our products and services for Edudew e-learning platform users. Please read these carefully, because by using our website and app, you agree to be legally bound by and comply with our terms. If you do not agree with these Terms of Use, you are not authorised to use the Edudew e-learning platform.

These Terms of Use applicable on Edudew e-learning platform only, and not to any third party websites/apps, institutions, companies, agencies, universities and tutors who are using our platform to sell their services and products.

We may modify these terms & conditions time to time, so please check our webite or app each time you use. If you continue to use the Edudew e-learning platform after we post the change, this means you have agreed to the new terms.

Intellectual Property/Copyright

Our online courses, videos, audios, images, live streaming data and other contents served or present on our website and app are the property of Edudew or its affiliates or its content suppliers and protected by Indian copyright laws. You are not to allow copy, reproduce, republish, broadcast, transmit, or make available to the public any Edudew training material portion, file, content or information. You may only allowed to download these materials for your personal and non-commercial use only.

Trademarks

Edudew, the Edudew logo, Edudew Services, and other marks indicated on our Site are trademarks of Edudew or its affiliates in India. Other graphics, logos, page headers, button icons, scripts, and service names are the property of Edudew and their respective owners.

Pricing, Payment and Refund

We use third party payment providers to accept payment or fees against any courses, services and products we or our Sellers/Providers/Affiliates/Tutors/Trainers are offering here. They are free to set their own pricing structure on Edudew e-learning platform. Learner/Students/Course Seekers/Parents will have to pay the full course/training/service/product/class/session fee as mentioned by the Edudew or their Sellers/Providers/Affiliates/Tutors/Trainers on Edudew e-learning platform before joining the course/training/service/product/class/session. Course fee or service fee is non-refundable and may only be refunded partially or fully in case of any dispute. Money or Fee amount will be kept/lock in Escrow Fund by the Edudew untill the completion of course/training/service/product/class/session. Upon successfull completion of course/training/service/product/class/session the Learner/Students/Course Seekers/Parents will confirm and mark the course/training/service/product/class/session as complete. Edudew will keep twenty percent(20%) commision of the course fee and will release the rest of the amount to it's Sellers/Providers/Affiliates/Tutors/Trainers. Any dispute arising between the Sellers/Providers/Affiliates/Tutors/Trainers and Learner/Students/Course Seekers/Parents shall be first settled by the both parties through friendly negotiations. Edudew may also check the session logs and help you both parites for any settlement.

Your personal/business account on Edudew

Edudew provides a seperate Sellers/Providers/Affiliates/Tutors/Trainers and Learner/Students/Course Seekers/Parents control panel/dashboard on the web and mobile apps. You are entirely responsible for keeping your account information confidential and fully responsible for all activities that occur under the Account and any other actions taken in connection with the Account. You must immediately notify Edudew at info@edudew.com of any unauthorized uses of your Account or any other breaches of security.

Responsibility of the Contents

Edudew cannot review all of the material posted on the Website and cannot therefore be responsible for that material’s content, use of effects. By operating the Website, Edudew does not represent or imply that it endorses the material posted there, or that it believes such material to be accurate, useful or non-harmful. You are responsible for taking precautions as necessary to protect yourself and your computer systems from viruses, worms, Trojan horses and other harmful or destructive content, hackers or scammers. If you find such situationd then immediately contact us at info@edudew.com. We may review and take the necessary actions.
